creative kaleidoscope.

i absolutely LOVE kaleidoscopes. always have. always will. i don't know what it is about them that makes them so attractive to me. clearly, they are art to me. it puts a new, beautiful, sparkly perspective on every day life. it's fun to see life in this way. very colorful.

also, when i was in the fifth grade, i won an award for choosing the title for our new elementary literary magazine. our whole entire elementary school submitted titles and mine was chosen. pretty cool. they had an award ceremony where they called me up in front of the whole school and gave me a signed copy of one of my favorite children's books. i cannot remember what that book was called, but i remember it was about trains and traveling and i adored it. it was filled with beautiful artwork.

what was my winning idea for the literary magazine...? i titled it "creative kaleidoscope."
