i just completed reading the longest book in my life...the Bible! it has been a long time coming, but i finally finished reading the whole book from beginning to end, starting in Genesis and finishing in Revelation. i finished this past Monday evening! what a great feeling. what an amazing book! best book i've ever read.

on a side note, i have loved the "learning Bible" niv version. i am definitely an audio visual learner, so i've been coupling this book with cd's of the Bible. this particular version of the Bible is so cool...it contains 500 illustrations and photographs of artifacts, maps, timelines, art images, etc. pages are in full color. and, over 100 helpful mini-articles and over 10,000 in-text notes with visual notes...PERFECT for the visualist...MOI!
